Virtual Sleep Support Group - $175

A 4 week group that is moderated by our pediatric sleep consultants and meets virtually to help educate you on the science of sleep, provide you with a customized sleep plan, cover safe sleep guidelines, help you navigate different sleep training strategies, and troubleshoot specific sleep problems such as night wakings, nap schedules, or sleep regressions. These virtual support groups offer a convenient and accessible way for parents to navigate the complexities of infant sleep and share their parenting journey with others facing similar challenges

In-home feeding and sleep consultation: Looking for help and guidance on infant feeding and sleep in the comfort of your own home? Look no further - our board-certified lactation consultant and pediatric sleep consultant will come to you and help you maximize infant feeding and sleep with a customized plan created just for you and your baby $450
