Join us for Prenatal Beach Yoga with Mothers Haven in Westerly, led by Autumn, who is a doula and prenatal yoga teacher!

🌅 About the Class: Experience breathing techniques and postures to ease joint and muscle tension during pregnancy. All stages of pregnancy are welcome, as we combine strengthening and stretching in a one-hour session. Connect with a supportive community and bond over the shared journey of pregnancy and motherhood.

  • Time: Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 pm
