Join us on a four-week journey where we will explore the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. This class is specifically designed for expecting families and offers valuable community resources, along with prenatal and postpartum education, emotional support, and practical tips for supporting your partner during this transformative time.
Our discussions will delve into the significance of postpartum support and how to establish it for yourself and your family well in advance. Together, we'll strive towards achieving clarity, comfort, and confidence as you navigate your journey towards parenthood. Additionally, you'll have the chance to connect with other expecting families and make new parent friends in a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere!

🕠 Time: 5:30 - 7 pm
📍 Where: Mothers Haven Collective, 901 Main Street, East Greenwich, Rhode Island
This Group Includes:
- Ran by our favorite and your personal doula and mama - Bianca Paredes
- Four 90-minute group sessions at Mothers Haven Collective
- An insurance covered or free prenatal consultation provided by Mothers Haven's registered nurses and IBCLCs to help you feel empowered, prepared, and confident to conquer your pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and postpartum goals & journey
- Education and resources catered to you and your family
- The opportunity to meet other local expecting families and create your parenting tribe
