Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga is a graceful and nurturing practice designed to support expecting and new mothers. Our Yoga classes are designed to help mothers stay physically, mentally and spiritually healthy. Brought to you by the wonderful Sara - your very own prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher!
With guided breathing and stretching exercises, this classes help reduce stress, improve sleep and strengthen the body while connecting with your baby. Meet other mamas and get your flow on!
