Pediatric Physical Therapy & Craniosacral Fascial Therapy with Dr. Jade

Dr. Jade is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pediatric care and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT). She provides gentle, individualized care for infants and children, helping support movement, development, feeding, comfort, and overall function.

Dr. Jade works with families seeking support for:

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT)

CFT is a gentle, hands-on technique that focuses on releasing restrictions and tension within the body’s fascial system. It can support functional movement, nervous system regulation, and oral motor function.

For infants, CFT may be especially helpful when there are feeding difficulties, body tension, oral restrictions, reflux, or difficulty getting comfortable. Dr. Jade combines her expertise as a Pediatric Physical Therapist with CFT to provide care tailored specifically to your child.

In-Home + In-Office Appointments

Dr. Jade offers both in-home and in-office sessions through Mothers Haven, allowing families to choose the option that works best for them.

Insurance & Payment

Dr. Jade is not currently contracted with insurance providers. HSA and FSA payments are accepted, and superbills can be provided for families who would like to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

HSA/FSA funds may also be eligible for CFT services with a Letter of Medical Necessity from your physician.
