Baby Move and Groove: Pediatric Milestone Miniseries for Babies 0-12 Months

Join us for Baby Move and Groove, an engaging miniseries designed to support your baby's developmental milestones from birth to 12 months. Led by Jade Medeiros, PT, DPT, a local pediatric physical therapist with over ten years of experience. This class provides parents and caregivers with essential tools to encourage healthy growth and movement.

In each session, you'll explore:

• Expected Milestones: Gain insights into key developmental markers for your little one, helping you track progress and understand their growth journey.
• Purposeful Play Ideas: Discover fun and interactive play activities tailored to promote each milestone, fostering both physical and cognitive development.
• Neurodevelopmental Hand Placement Techniques: Learn effective strategies to facilitate your baby's movements through proper hand placements, enhancing their motor skills.
• Progress Through Play: Understand the importance of play in development and how to create an enriching environment that supports learning and exploration.
