Mama + Me Yoga Circle is a gentle, welcoming yoga class in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, designed for postpartum parents and their babies. Whether you're newly postpartum or several months into your parenting journey, this class offers a supportive space to reconnect with your body while bonding with your little one and building community with other local families.

Led by Janelle Laurito, yoga teacher and mama, each class combines mindful movement, postpartum recovery, and baby bonding in a relaxed, judgment-free environment.

Learn breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce stress, improve well-being, and help you leave feeling refreshed and restored.

Following each yoga session, enjoy dedicated time to connect with other families while babies interact, play, and explore together.

Janelle believes in honoring every postpartum journey. While rest and recovery are essential during the first six weeks after birth, gentle movement can also support healing. Parents who feel ready are welcome to join before receiving their six-week medical clearance, with modifications and movements designed to safely support early postpartum recovery.

Dates: Thursdays — September 10, 17, 24 & October 1, 2026

Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Approximately 30–40 minutes of gentle yoga
• Followed by time for connection, conversation, and baby play
