Introducing solids to your little one can be frightful and tricky to say the least!
If you have decided you are (almost) ready or have already started and have run into some bumps - we are here to help.
Occupational & Feeding Therapist Julia McKay, OTR/L, from May Flowers Occupational Therapy will be joining us at Mothers Haven Collective to teach you some tips, tricks, and techniques to make introducing solids smooth, safe, and stress free for you and your baby. She will be covering a range of topics from developmental milestones, what foods to start with, how to present foods to baby, and how to make it fun and stress free for both you and baby. Throughout this class you will also be certified in infant and toddler CPR, AED, and Choking!
