Childbirth is one of the most powerful experiences you’ll ever have, and being informed is the best way to step into it with confidence. Informed Arrival is a comprehensive, interactive workshop that gives you the knowledge and tools to better understand your options, advocate for your preferences, and feel prepared for whatever your birth journey brings.

Together, we’ll explore the stages of labor, pain relief options, comfort measures, partner support roles, and how to navigate unexpected situations. You’ll learn practical techniques like breathing, positioning, massage, and relaxation, while also building the skills to ask questions, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively with your care team.

This class is led by a Labor & Delivery nurse and fellow mama, combining real-world expertise with compassionate guidance to ensure you leave feeling not only prepared, but empowered to take an active role in your birth experience.
