Introducing Solids & Infant CPR Class

 Are you feeling overwhelmed or uncertain about introducing solids to your little one? You're not alone! If you're getting ready to start, or have already begun and are experiencing some challenges, we are here to support you.

Join Occupational & Feeding Therapist Julia McKay, OTR/L at Mothers Haven Collective for a class that will provide you with valuable tips, tricks, and techniques to make the process of introducing solids smooth, safe, and stress-free for both you and your baby.

This class will cover important topics such as developmental milestones, recommended first foods, how to present food to your baby, purees vs. baby led weaning, and ways to make it a fun and enjoyable experience for both you and your little one. As an added bonus, you will also become certified in infant and toddler CPR, AED, and choking. Let us help make this important milestone a positive and empowering one for you and your baby!
