Designed for families with babies from birth to 8 months old, this 6-week in-person experience combines expert guidance, meaningful connection, and real-life support during the postpartum period. Each week, you'll connect with other local moms while learning from trusted Mothers Haven experts on topics like feeding, sleep, postpartum recovery, infant development, nutrition, and maternal mental health.

No judgment. No pressure. Just evidence-based education, honest conversations, and a community that understands exactly what this season can feel like.

• Six weekly 90-minute in-person sessions

• Weekly expert-led discussions and Q&A with the Mothers Haven team, including:

• Feeding & lactation support with Ashley Sousa, RN, IBCLC
• Infant sleep guidance with Ashley Sousa
• Postpartum recovery with a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist with Kristi Mason
• Infant development & milestones with a Pediatric Physical Therapist with Jade Medeiros
• Nutrition support with a Registered Dietitian specializing in women's health, pregnancy, and postpartum with Celia Palmer
• Maternal mental health support with a Licensed Therapist with Jennifer Irey

• Weighted feeds for all feeding journeys, including breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, and combination feeding

• A personalized sleep plan for your baby

• Printable and downloadable resources for each week's topic
