A gentle mobility and stretching class for pregnant moms preparing for labor
Prepare your body and mind for birth in this peaceful outdoor class overlooking the water. Birth & Balance by the Sea is designed to help expecting moms feel stronger, more comfortable, and more confident as labor approaches through intentional movement, breath, and relaxation.
During this class, you’ll learn practical mobility and stretching exercises you can do on and off a birth ball to support comfort in pregnancy, encourage optimal baby positioning, improve pelvic mobility, and help prepare your body for labor. We’ll also practice breathing and relaxation techniques to help you feel grounded and calm heading into birth.
Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, or C-section, these tools can support comfort, body awareness, and confidence in the weeks leading up to delivery.
