Baby Move & Groove: Infant Milestone Series

Support your baby's development with confidence.

Baby Move & Groove is an infant development class in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, designed for babies birth to 12 months and the adults who love them. Led by Jade Medeiros, PT, DPT, a pediatric physical therapist with more than 10 years of experience, this hands-on series helps parents understand developmental milestones while learning simple, evidence-based ways to encourage movement through everyday play.

Each week, you'll gain practical tools and confidence to support your baby's growth in a fun, relaxed, and supportive environment.

During this series, you'll learn:

💚 Developmental Milestones
Understand what milestones to expect during your baby's first year and when to celebrate progress—or seek additional support.

🧸 Purposeful Play
Learn simple, engaging activities that encourage tummy time, rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, and other age-appropriate motor skills.

🙌 Hands-On Movement Techniques
Practice pediatric physical therapy techniques and neurodevelopmental hand placements that help support healthy movement patterns and motor development.

🌈 Play with Purpose
Discover how everyday interactions and play can strengthen your baby's physical, cognitive, and sensory development while building your confidence as a parent.

Whether you're looking to encourage your baby's next milestone, make tummy time more enjoyable, or simply learn from a trusted pediatric expert, Baby Move & Groove offers practical guidance in a welcoming, judgment-free space.
